George Ferrell & Dave Barker - Owners
George and Dave started Ferrell & Barker Construction in May of 1984. Two young men with a common goal. They both had dreams of owning there own company  and making something great out of it. Starting out they worked out of there  pick up trucks and traveled where ever the work was. After getting there feet wet and learning lots along the way George and Dave began building custom homes in Henry and surrounding Counties. In the past 10 years they began building Churches and Commercial projects. George and Dave are hands on owners and each supervise the projects and are on site as job superintendents. They work very closely with each client to make sure that everything is going according to schedule and plan. George was born and raised in Henry County and now resides in northern Henry county with his wife. George has one daughter and a Granddaughter.  Dave was also raised in Henry county and now resides in New Castle with his Wife and 3 Children. Dave also has a grown daughter and granddaughter.

Chris LaMar – Registered Architect
Chris graduated from Ball State University’s College of Architecture And Planning in 1996 with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.  From 1996 – 1997 Chris was employed at R.W. Clinton Architects and Engineering where he gained experience in designing elementary and secondary educational facilities throughout Indiana. From 1997 until joining Ferrell and Barker, Chris was employed at US Architects, the firm he interned with while a student at Ball State. Chris has had a great deal of experience designing medical facilities, various types of commercial facilities, multi-unit residential facilities and churches. In addition to being a Registered Architect, Chris is also a Licensed Realtor and has had great deal of hands on residential construction experience. Chris, his wife Ruthie (a Registered Nurse,) daughter Brooklyn, and son Bryce reside in Hagerstown.

Hannah Foster - Marketing & Sales
Hannah is the marketing & Sales Coordinator. Hannah comes from a real estate background and has worked in the sales area since graduating. Hannah resides in New castle with her husband and new daughter.
